Overseeing and hiring a large group of channel managers (25 and counting - including social media managers, editors, and designers) and the +70 YouTube channels that they manage on behalf of +11 film studios, record labels, and media organizations. Grew team by 50% and channels managed by 55% within one year
Led the design and implementation of department-wide structural operations (Quality Assurance, Brief documents, Launch and new channel operationalization practice, inter-organization collaboration, etc.), solidifying consistent resourcing across client partners
