At RHEI (formally known as BBTV), I was hired to oversee a large team (now 25 and counting) of social media managers with a specialization in revenue-generation on YouTube. My team's focus is to build, cultivate, and convert digital audiences with partner-owned IP; my task has been to build process around supporting this goal in a way that is scalable and replicable across partners.

Year 1 was about solidifying operations for a growing team; year 2 is finessing our revenue model for maximized profitability.

Since joining RHEI, I have led the design and implementation of department-wide structural operations, including:

  • Quality Assurance

  • Department Goals

  • Brief documents

  • Launch and new channel operationalization practice

  • Inter-organization collaboration + formalized roles/responsibilities

  • Resourcing and time tracking

  • New roles (Team Leads, Sr. Channel Managers) and formalized growth paths
