I have 6+ years in operationalizing nurturing strategically-driven social media teams. I have a toolkit processes for content teams in their early-to-midsize stages.

Managing and motivating teams is what gets me out of bed every day. The job is expansive and ever-evolving, and that’s what I love about it. Some highlights from over the years include but are not limited to:

  • Team growth and development pathways

  • En masse quality control

  • Resourcing structure/bandwidth management

  • Project roll-outs requiring cross-functional consensus

  • Running pilots and analyzing results

  • New client onboarding + workshops

  • Team governance

At LG2, I was the first social media specific hire meant to service 1 large and 1 small client. Our roster of social-first clients tripled within my first year, and I was responsible for both onboarding our new clients, as well as building net-new structure around a collaborative process with our creative and production teams.

For social-specific briefs, we created a think tank style brainstorm process meant to combine traditional creative teams with content strategists and producers. These nimble groups were able to safely explore big ideas while also keeping technical and subject matter experts to ensure idea tactics included social-first amplification components.
